Institute of Lifelong Education
As a national university committed to contributing to lifelong education for the local community, the Institute of Lifelong Education received approval for establishment in 1997 and officially opened in March 1998.
The Institute operates the Academic Credit Bank System, through which students can earn academic credits toward a degree. It also develops a wide range of educational programs designed not only to provide knowledge, but also to foster wisdom, encourage lifelong personal growth, and help build a society in which people can live and thrive together.
In 2025, the Institute established the K-Culture Center as an affiliated organization. Through the Center, it plans to strengthen cultural competencies for global citizenship, develop intercultural education programs, and offer professional training programs for specialists in K-content.
