Criteria for School Payment for In-Campus Academic Excellence Scholarships

Criteria	1) Enrolled for 17 or more credits for 1-3 year students and 15 or more credits for 4-year students in the previous semester 2) With a 3.0 or higher grade point average 3) By summing up the areas on the right. 4) How each area will be reflected is determined by the department. 5) The top scholarship will consider the results of certified English exams.
Amount	Top: Full tuition 2nd place: 60% of tuition 3rd place: 30% of tuition	Example) If the tuition fee is 2,0460,000 won Top: 2,046,000 won 2nd place : 1,227,600 won 3rd place : 613,800 won

1) To encourage academic achievement and foster participation in all departmental activities.
2) Ensuring equal educational opportunity by considering students from disadvantaged backgrounds.
3) Evaluate academic performance and completion of major by each grade, improve students' academic competencies, and select scholarship recipients fairly.

1) Students must meet the scholarship selection criteria
2) Complete at least 9 credits of majors for the year within the total number of credits
- If there are less than 9 credits of major courses in the year, all of them must be completed.
3) Submit an application to the department office within the scholarship application period after consulting with the professor.

Students who do not apply for the scholarship within the period, even if they have excellent grades, will not be eligible for the scholarship.

1) Grades 60%, Department's self-evaluation 20%, Professor's recommendation 20%.
2) In case of equal scores, priority will be given to students with a higher GPA in their major courses for the year.
3) In principle, dual receipt of the scholarship is prohibited.

1) Calculate the actual points of academic performance (GPA total×0.6=actual points)
2) Calculate the Department's self-evaluation and professor’s recommendation score based on the submitted application form
3) Hold a professor's meeting based on the combined score of 1) and 2).

Grades (60%)	60% of your GPA for the semester, converted to actual points.
Department's self-evaluation (20%)	Extra points will be given based on the number of participations in department and college-sponsored events. 1) Number of courses taken in the major (basic, requirements, electives) 2) Participating in department events 3) Taking on roles in various department events 4) Apply for a scholarship	-Department-sponsored events: opening and closing semester meetings, prep university, Union M.T., academic festivals, sports events, special lectures organized by the department, etc. ※Excludes any activities that were paid with a scholarship.
Homeroom professor recommendation (20%)	1) Family circumstances (submit supporting documents) 2) Academic commitment (participation in academic competitions, study groups, etc.) 3) On-campus and off-campus volunteer activities	Submit supporting documents (single-parent family, lower income, etc.)

- 2) Number of courses taken in the major (basics, requirements, electives), 2 credits for all courses taken (-0.5 for each course not taken)

- We will comprehensively consider campus life, family situation, academic attitude, and volunteer activities through interviews.

3) Grade Recognition : English grades within the official recognition period
4) Operating Criteria
- The scholarship will be reduced by 1 level (excellent) if the 'best' applicant does not obtain the required score.
- The above number of applicants will be upgraded by 1 level from the lower level of students in case they obtain the required score.
- The 1st-semester English grade will be applied to the previous semester's grade.
