- Sinabro
-
We live in a modern world where poetry is rarely read.
It's hard to appreciate a poem fully.
It's just studying famous poems from middle and high school textbooks.
It's not about developing literary sensitivity and enjoyment. It's about learning the answers to the questions the teacher gives you for the test. The idea of prescribing a way of enjoying art and forcing interpretation within certain boundaries ignores the diversity of ways to enjoy literature.
Sinabro was created out of a desire to find romance in these harsh conditions and enjoy literature purely.
We will share our thoughts by writing and presenting poems based on our lives and imaginations to develop our humanities knowledge.
We will also improve individual writing skills and develop expressive skills by reading various poetry books.

- Let's Go to the World
-
The ‘Let's Go to the World’ is a historical travel club that brings together history-minded classmates to explore various historical sites and discuss and research what they saw, heard, and felt during the trip.
We aim to combine major knowledge with a historical perspective and seek direct experience through traveling to gain a proper understanding.
We also want to create a social environment where members can interact with each other on a more intimate level through club activities.
The club's activities are not limited to Chinese history, and last year's activities included tours to Deoksugung Palace and Seodaemun Prison.
The club members discuss and decide upon all aspects of the club's activities, such as the location and itinerary.

- Native Language Theater Club
-
Hello, we are the native language theater club, the flower of our department.
The native language theater is performed by first-year students at the department's biggest event, ‘Chinese Language & Cultural Studies Night,’ around the end of November.
From the selection of works to the staging, lighting, directing, and acting, the production is entirely done by current students.
'Not confident in Chinese and acting?!’ No worries at all.
We have outstanding seniors who have both Chinese and acting skills, and they are helping with everything from correcting our Chinese pronunciation to coaching us on our acting.
Our activities are an excellent way for current students to improve their Chinese language and acting skills and bond with their seniors.
From the beginning to the end, we are a theater club that has great significance in that we create a work with the sweat and passion of the students and bring it to the stage!!
Show off your skills and talents on the stage of a native language theater performance.
We look forward to seeing you there.
