- Hello. Welcome and thank you for visiting the Electronic Structure Laboratory.
-
At the Thin Film Laboratory, our research consists of manufacturing thin films that are nm~um in thickness by using a vacuum system that can deposit the films in various methods, and analyzing the characteristics. Recently, we have been researching into the synthesis of CNT, Ga2O3 nanowire, and GaN nanowire using CVD. In addition, we are also researching into synthesizing ZnO nanowire in order to research into solar cells in a nanowire form that are receiving more attention than thin film solar cells. We plan to seek methods to synthesize nanowire devices that can be used as gas sensors in the future.
