- Hello. Welcome and thank you for visiting the Nano Electronics Laboratory.
-
The Nano Electronics Laboratory, under the supervision of professor Kang Joon-hee, has continuously developed the research on superconductor technology as well as PLD (Pulse Laser Deposition) Technique and RFID/USN (Wireless Information Technology) that form the foundation of semi-conductor technology. At present, the lab members are researching on developing communications components and sensors nm in size that are based on the MEMS (Microelectromechanical System) through exchanges and cooperation with the RFID/USN Center affiliated with the Ministry of Knowledge . Also, research and development of technology are conducted through academic-industrial cooperation (or industry, academic, research), founded upon the support of small and middle business located in Incheon. Achievements and results of the researches are continuously submitted and reported to the Korean Sensors Society and the Korean Society for GeoSpatial Information System. The laboratory contributes to improve information exchange and technology by forming a community through the website.
