Overview of the Exchange Student Program
Incheon National University offers exchange programs for students from sister universities to study at Incheon National University for a semester or a year. Most universities will accept the credits earned at Incheon National University. Students can take Korean language classes (earn credits) and apply for on-campus and off-campus dormitories. For more information about the exchange program, please contact your university's international exchange department or Incheon National University's international exchange team.
Eligibility
- GPA: 2.5 / 4.0 or more (required)
- Language proficiency (English or Korean): (not required, but recommended)
- English Criteria
- CEFR B1 Level (Cambrige English Qualifications)
- TOEFL iBT 60
- IELTS 5.5
- Korean Criteria
- TOPIK Level 2
- Alternatively, a recommendation letter from your university can be substituted for the language proficiency requirement.
- Students from English-speaking countries do not need to meet the language proficiency requirement.

Application Process
- Contact your university's international exchange office.
- Please complete a recommendation list and the required application documents and submit them to your university's international exchange office.
- Your university's international exchange department will select students through a prescribed selection process.
- Selected students must prepare and submit the required documents to the Incheon National University International Exchange Center.
- After reviewing the documents, Incheon National University International Center will issue an admission letter.
- Send your acceptance letter and other documents to your university's International Exchange Office.

- Personal Information Collection Agreement
- Copy of passport
- 1 Copy of the enrollment certificate (original submission)
- High school graduation certificate (only for visiting students)
- 1 Copy of bank statement (1st semester: $4,500 or more, 2nd semester: $9,000 or more) (original submission)
- 1 Copy of the transcript
- 1 Recommendation letter from a professor at your university
- Language certificate (if available)
- All documents must be compiled into 1 PDF file per student and submitted to your university's international exchange office.

- Spring Semester
- Application deadline: November 1 of the previous year
- Submission deadline: November 15 of the previous year
- Autumn Semester
- Application deadline: May 1 of the current year
- Submission deadline: May 15 of the current year
