A deposit of 300,000 won will be required for off-campus dormitories (Costay).

Off-campus dormitory (co-stay) refund policy
- Leave before 3/4 of the lease period: 25% refund of dormitory fee / Leave after 3/4 of the lease period: No refund
Move-In Dates (Varies)
- 1st semester (Spring): 1st week of the semester (date to be announced)
- 2nd semester (Autumn semester): 1st week of the semester (date to be announced)
Meals: 5,000~8,000 KRW
Furnishings
- Bed, desk, chair, shoe rack (except for 2-person rooms in campus dorms), closet, air conditioner, curtains, television (off-campus dorms only), kitchen (off-campus dorms only), induction (off-campus dorms only), microwave (off-campus dorms only), refrigerator (off-campus dorms only), washing machine (off-campus dorms only), clothes drying rack (off-campus dorms only).
Bedding, such as blankets and pillows, will not be provided, so please prepare them yourselves.

International Student Insurance
All international students must have insurance to cover unexpected serious illnesses or pandemic diseases such as influenza during their stay in Korea.
- All international students are required to have insurance in 1 of the following ways:.
- University Referral Insurance
- Details and sign-up procedures for university referral insurance will be provided during the orientation for international students every semester, and more information can be obtained from the International Exchange Center.
- National Health Insurance

- Other domestic insurance plans
- Foreign Insurance
- Suppose you have insurance from another company not designated by the university or from Korea. In that case, you must submit the attached Other Insurance Request Form and a copy of the insurance policy to the International Exchange Team at the beginning of the semester.
- University Referral Insurance
- Insurance is mandatory, and international students who do not have insurance may be subject to disadvantages such as the inability to participate in the International Student Support Program and the issuance of certificates.
