Purpose of the Department Scholarship
- To encourage academic achievement and foster participation in all departmental activities.
- Ensuring equal educational opportunity by considering students from disadvantaged backgrounds.
- Evaluate academic performance and completion of major by each grade, improve students' academic competencies, and select scholarship recipients fairly.
Eligibility
- Students must meet the scholarship selection criteria
Selection Criteria and Process
- Grades 60%, Department's self-evaluation 20%, Professor's recommendation 20%.
- Final decision will be made by the department professors' meeting
- The top student in each grade will receive the highest scholarship
- In principle, dual receipt of the scholarship is prohibited.

Scholarship Application Process
- Apply through the Portal - Integrated Administrative System
Scholarship Selection Process
- Calculate the actual points of academic performance (GPA total×0.6=actual points)
- Calculate the Department's self-evaluation score
- Hold a professor's meeting based on the combined score of 1 and 2.

Grade Recognition: English grades within the official recognition period
Operating Criteria
- The scholarship will be reduced by 1 level (excellent) if the 'best' applicant does not obtain the required score.
- The above number of applicants will be upgraded by 1 level from the lower level of students if they obtain the required score.
- The 1st-semester English grade will be applied to the previous semester's grade.
- If awarded separately, 70% of the semester grade and 30% of the IELTS grade will be combined and awarded in that order.
