- Move-out procedure: Pack your belongings and clean your room → Apply for move-out through the integrated information and fill out the satisfaction survey → Inspection for the cleaning status and equipment → Return the card key → Move out → Refund of utility bill and facility deposit (The 2nd dormitory)

Room checklist: Fill out and submit online - Room inspection: Leave after receiving a room inspection
- Cleaning status: Check the room condition and bathroom condition
Furnishing condition: Check the condition of bed, desk, chair, closet, and shoe rack
Facility check: Check the interphone, speakers, wallpaper, blinds, fan coils, and light bulbs. - Refund of utility bill and facility deposit (The 2nd and 3rd dormitory)
Refund utility bills after deducting individual usage
Deduct facility deposit in case of damage to facilities and equipment
The difference in utility bills and facility deposit will be paid to the account provided when applying for leave, and will not be paid if the application is not submitted or if the student leaves without authorization.
Summer and winter semester move out

Early leave

In case of early leave or expelled from the dormitory, the fee shall be refunded after deducting 2 weeks of dormitory fee from the amount of the remaining period (by each week).
