Candidates are selected based on a review of their academic records and language proficiency.
Applicants are advised to review the information carefully before filling out an application to avoid any inconvenience.
All programs/majors are subject to integration, closure, and/or remaining due to academic reorganization.
No admissions for the Fall semester: School of Bio-engineering
No transfer admissions for the Fall semester: School of Computer science and Engineering

Admissions Eligibility

※ Applicant must qualify for the nationality restriction, the educational background, and the language proficiency as follows:

	Eligibility
Nationality	Both the applicant and his/her parents must be foreign nationals. Application is NOT accepted if the applicant or his/her parents are Korean(s) with dual citizenship. Application is accepted if the applicant and his/her parents were of foreign nationality before beginning the educational stage equivalent to South Korea's high school curriculum.
Academic requirements	International students must have completed or expect to complete their highschool education in either Korea or abroad or must have attained an equivalent level of education under the related laws. Home schooling, cyber learning, and adult education do NOT evidence the required academic qualifications. Student who apply for "new student" from a university in Korea must return to home country and obtain a new visa after being admitted to Incehon National University.
Language requirements	Korean Language Proficiency (Korean Track): Applicants must meet one of the following conditions: 1) TOPIK Level 3 or above Applicants for Korean Language and Literature, Public Administration and College of Information and Technology are needed a TOPIK level 4 certificate or above. 2) Complete the INU Korean Language Institute Level 4 course or above Applicants for Public Administration and College of Information and Technology are needed to complete level 5 course or above. 3) Pass the INU Korean Proficiency Test (100 point scale) College of Information and Technology : 70 point or above Other colleges : 60 point or above (The exact date will be announced - Students must apply on the online application form) Applicants for Korean Language and Literature must have TOPIK Level 4 or above IBE major is available English track only English Proficiency (English Track): ONLY for applicants of the IBE major TOEFL IBT 75, TOEIC 700, IELTS 5.5, PETS Level 4 or above. Students from countries where English is a native language are exempt from this requirement. Student from other countries must turn in one of the aforementioned. *English-speaking countries as a native language: Australia, Canada, Ireland, New Zealand, United Kingdom, United States, and South Africa
Notice	Korean Track: Students must get level 4 or higher in the Korean Language Proficiency Test (TOPIK) before graduation to obtain a bachelor's degree. English Track: Some courses required for graduation are offered in the Korean language.

	School of Fine Arts, Division of Design(Transfer) Applicants must submit portfolio - School of Fine Arts – A4 size, 7-10 pictures of work, description of work, including resume, - Division of Design(only for Transfer) - A4 size, within 10 portfolios
