Graduation Requirements
Graduation qualification: Complete the required curriculum, obtain the graduation qualification (English) and pass the graduation thesis.
The curriculum varies depending on the year of enrollment, so be sure to check the curriculum table by visiting the undergraduate office.
Credits required for graduation
- Students admitted before 2007: 140 credits or more
- Students admitted in 2008 or later: 135 credits or more
- Students admitted in 2020 or later: 130 credits or more
Credits for Liberal Arts
- Students admitted before 2007: A minimum of 25, including required, elective, and basic sciences
- Students admitted in 2008 or later: A minimum of 25 to 55 credits, including required, elective, and basic sciences (more than 55 credits will not be granted toward graduation)
- Students admitted in 2012 or later: A minimum of 30 to 55 credits, including required, elective, and basic sciences (more than 55 credits will not be granted toward graduation)
- Liberal Arts Required
- Students admitted before 2015: A minimum of 6 liberal arts credits (1 course related to a Korean subject and 4 credits related to English)
- Students admitted in 2016 or later (Transferred in after 2016)
- A minimum of 6 liberal arts credits (2 credits related to a Korean subject, 2 credits related to English (University English or Academic English), and 2 credits for English Conversation)
- Students admitted in 2017~2018 (Transferred in 2017~2018)
- Humanities, Social Sciences, Arts, and Physical Education: A minimum of 6 liberal arts credits (2 credits related to a Korean subject, 2 credits related to English (University English or Academic English), and 2 credits for English Conversation)
- Natural Science and Engineering: A minimum of 12 liberal arts credits (2 credits related to a Korean subject, 2 credits related to English (University English or Academic English), 2 credits for English Conversation, and 6 credits for University Math (excluding Dept. of Consumer and Children, Dept of Fashion & Industry, Dept. of Urban Policy and Administration)
- Students admitted in 2019 or later (Transferred in after 2019)
- Humanities, Social Sciences, Arts, and Physical Education: A minimum of 8 liberal arts credits (2 credits related to a Korean subject, 2 credits for Academic English, 2 credits for English Conversation, 2 credits for SW)
- Natural Science and Engineering: 12~14 liberal arts credits (2 credits related to a Korean subject, 2 credits for Academic English, 2 credits for English Conversation, 2 credits for SW, and 6 credits for University Math (excluding Dept. of Consumer and Children, Dept of Fashion & Industry, Dept. of Urban Policy and Administration)
- ※ Complete at least 1 course in each of 3 of the 5 INU core liberal arts areas
- ※ Freely choose from 6 areas of balanced liberal arts
Students admitted in 2008 or later should check their department's liberal arts restricted courses (not applicable for graduation credits; also applies to double majors)
Major Credits
- Students admitted before 2009: Complete at least 51 credits, including major basics and major requirements
- Students admitted in 2010 or later: Complete at least 60 credits, including major basics and major requirements
- Double major students must earn at least 42 credits in each of two majors.
- 36 credits in each major, except for students admitted before 2004.
If you take the same course twice, the later credit will not be recognized toward graduation.

English Graduation Qualification
- Applicable to: Students admitted in 2002 or later, readmitted after 2002, and transferred to that year ('02 or later), except for athletic specialists, employed students, and military transfer students).
- Qualifying criteria
- 2010이후Those who were admitted in 2010 or later and transferred to the same year
(however, the previous standard applies to those who transferred to the 2nd year or higher from Incheon College due to university integration)

Application Process: Submit application and documents to the Undergraduate Office no later than 30 days prior to expected graduation date.

- A grade of D or higher will be considered as a pass.
