Participation is free for this program
Transportation
If you are selected as a program participant, you will gather at a designated location on Incheon National University's Songdo Campus.
From there, you will travel to Ganghwa Island by vehicle.
Round-trip transportation to and from Ganghwa Island will be provided for the entire 2-night, 3-day program.
🕐 Participant Selection (First Come, First Served)
A total of 20 participants will be selected.
While the ideal gender ratio is 10 male students and 10 female students, registration will close once 20 participants have registered, regardless of gender balance.
Applicants who register after the program is full will be placed on a waiting list and will be contacted individually if a vacancy becomes available.
🚫 No-Show Policy
If you are unable to attend after applying, please inform us at least 5 days in advance so that another student may take your place.

Travel Insurance & Personal Information
To register participants for travel insurance, we collect your Alien Registration Card (ARC) number.
Please provide your consent for the collection of this personal information.
Your ARC number will be used only for travel insurance registration and will be permanently deleted immediately after the program ends.
📅 Detailed Schedule
Day 1
14:00 – 16:00 Gather at Incheon National University and travel to Ganghwa Island
16:00 – 17:00 Orientation and brief self-introductions
17:00 – 19:00 Check-in at the accommodation and dinner
19:00 – 21:30 Evening walk through the alleys of Ganghwa Island, followed by a singer-songwriter
21:30 – 22:00 Daily Sharing (group reflection on the day's activities)
Day 2
10:00 – 12:00 Yoga program in Ganghwa Island
12:00 – 19:00 Visits to local shops and tourist sites / Group free time
19:00 – 21:30 Dinner and free time
21:30 – 22:00 Daily Sharing (group reflection on the day's activities)
Day 3
10:00 – 12:00 Farming experience workshop
12:00 – 13:00 Lunch
13:00 – 14:00 Full program review
14:00 – Departure from Ganghwa Island → Return to Incheon National University

The meeting location and detailed instructions will be provided separately before departure.

As outdoor activities are included, participants are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing.
