To prepare for the August 2026 Graduation Ceremony (Late 2025 Academic Year) and ensure the accurate issuance of diplomas in both Korean and English, all prospective graduates must verify their registered English name in the Integrated Information System. If any corrections are needed, please update your information by Friday, July 10, 2026.

■ How to Verify and Update: Log in to the Portal 󰋼 Integrated Information System (통합정보시스템) 󰋼 Academic Administration (학사행정) 󰋼 Academic Records (학적) 󰋼 Basic Academic Records Management (학적기본관리) 󰋼 Student Profile Inquiry (개인학적조회) 󰋼 Modify Personal Information (개인정보수정) 󰋼 Enter English Name and Save.

■ Guidelines & Recommendations:

• It is highly recommended that your English name matches the one on your passport.

• If you do not have a passport, please input your desired capitalization style carefully (e.g., Hong, gildong / Gildong Hong / GILDONG HONG).

※ Please Note:

• Diplomas cannot be reissued under any circumstances. Please make sure to double-check your name.

• If your English name is not registered or contains typos/errors, it will be entered arbitrarily by the university.
