To prepare for the February 2026 graduation ceremony, bachelor's degree diplomas will be issued in both Korean and English. All prospective graduates must verify and, if necessary, update their English names in the Integrated Information System by January 23, 2026 (Friday).

1. How to Update Your English Name

Please follow this path in the school portal:

• Portal Login ▶ Integrated Information System ▶ Academic Administration (학사행정) ▶ Register (학적) ▶ Basic Register Management (학적기본관리) ▶ Personal Register Inquiry/Student (개인학적조회) ▶ Edit Personal Info (개인정보수정) ▶ Enter English Name & Save

2. Important Guidelines

• Passport Match: It is highly recommended that your English name matches the spelling on your passport.

• Formatting: If you do not have a passport, enter your name in your preferred format, ensuring correct capitalization.

  • (Examples: Hong, Gildong / Gildong Hong / GILDONG HONG)

• No Reissuance: Please double-check your spelling carefully, as diplomas cannot be reissued once they are printed.

• Default Entry: If the English name field is left blank or contains errors, the university will enter a name at its discretion.
