Notice on the Academic Warning for the 2nd Semester of 2025
and the Schedule for the One-Time Academic Warning Exemption Program

In accordance with Article 60 (Academic Disciplinary Actions) of the “Incheon National University Academic Regulations Enforcement Manual,” we inform you of the students subject to an academic warning for the 2nd semester of 2025 and the schedule for the One-Time Academic Warning Exemption Program.
(Notifications have been sent to eligible students via INU Smart Campus PUSH or SMS.)

2. Operation of the One-Time Academic Warning Exemption Program

• Program Title: 2025-2 One-Time Academic Warning Exemption Program (Step-By-Step)
• Application Period: January 5 (Mon) – January 11 (Sun), 2026
• Program Period: January 12 (Mon) – January 20 (Tue), 2026
  • Eligibility: Students who received an academic warning for the 2nd semester of 2025
  • Format: Online content uploaded on the LMS
  • How to Apply:
    Go to [e-Learning] → [Learning Support] → [Course Registration] → [Program for Students with Academic Warning] → Click [2025-2 Academic Warning Student Program]
  • Number of Participants: No limit
  • Responsible Department: Education Innovation Division (Tel. 032-835-9596)

3. Important Notes

• Only students who complete the program will receive the one-time academic warning exemption.
  (※ If completion requirements are not met, the exemption cannot be granted regardless of application.)
• The academic warning exemption can be used only once during enrollment.
