Notice for an application for a graduate school dormitory in the 2023 Summer vacation

Graduate students wishing to join the dormitory for the 2023 Summer Vacation should refer to the information below and apply to the office of own department with the requirements within the application deadline.

o Eligibility for application: Graduate school enrolled and completed students

o Application period: ~May 26, 2023 (Fri) 18:00

Documents should be submitted from the department office to graduate school offce by the May 26, 2023  18:00, so please apply to the department office in advance.

* No additional application after the application period

o Place of application: Department office

o Required Documents will be informed after the selection, the new students for the dormitory must prepare checking health examination before entering the dormitory

* Dormitory number and room could be changed from what you applied for.
