Overview of the Commencement Ceremony

• Date & Time: Friday, August 21, 2026, at 11:00 AM

• Location: Main Auditorium, Building 23, Songdo Campus

• Main Order of Events: National Rite, Academic Report, Congratulatory Address, President's Address, Valedictory Address, and Degree Conferral (for student representatives)

Academic Graduation Gown Rental

• Rental Period: Friday, August 21, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM

• Rental Location: Lobby, 1st Floor, Building 14 (Block C)

• Eligibility: Limited to graduates who previously confirmed attendance in the gown demand survey

• Note: Graduates are fully responsible for any damage or loss of the graduation cap and gown.

Diploma Distribution

• Distribution Method: Distributed together in the lobby upon gown pickup (Except for student representatives, who receive theirs during the ceremony).

• Storage Period: Diplomas will be stored for one year following the ceremony and discarded thereafter.

• Proxy Pickup: Allowed with a Power of Attorney (signed using Incheon National University's official form) and the proxy's ID.

※ The student is solely responsible for any loss resulting from proxy pickup.
