In accordance with Article 65 of the Incheon National University School Regulations and Article 24 of the Detailed Enforcement Regulations, we are pleased to announce the schedule for the Academic Course Retake (학업재이수) application for the Spring 2026 semester. Please refer to the details below to ensure you complete your application within the designated period.

1. Eligibility and Schedule

• A. Eligibility:

  • Currently enrolled students.

  • Note: Students currently on a leave of absence must have their return-to-school (reinstatement) approved before applying.

• B. Schedule:

  • 1st Application Period:

    • January 22, 2026 (Thu) 09:00 – February 3, 2026 (Tue) 17:00

  • 1st Confirmation Date:

    • February 5, 2026 (Thu) [Scheduled]

  • 2nd Application Period:

    • February 9, 2026 (Mon) 09:00 – February 15, 2026 (Sun) 17:00

  • 2nd Confirmation Date:

    • February 23, 2026 (Mon) [Scheduled]

2. Application and Approval Procedure

• Online Application: Apply and receive approval via the Integrated Information System (Portal).
