We would like to inform undergraduate and graduate students expected to graduate or complete their coursework in February 2026 regarding the termination of book loans and instructions for returning library materials.

1. Target Audience

• Undergraduate and Graduate students expected to graduate or complete their courses in February 2026.

2. Key Details

• Termination of loan privileges for prospective graduates.

• Instructions on returning currently borrowed books.

3. Loan Termination Date

• From Tuesday, January 20, 2026 (Borrowing is not permitted from this date).

4. Return Deadline

• By Monday, January 19, 2026

• Note: The unmanned return machine (located to the right of the B1 entrance) is available 24 hours a day.

• Important: If materials are not returned, the issuance of various certificates (e.g., graduation, transcript) will be blocked.

5. Library Access After Graduation

• Graduates may continue to use the library by registering as a "Library Member" (Special User).

• Note: Loan regulations for special users differ from those for current students.
