For students expected to graduate in August 2025, those wishing to withdraw from their double major should be cautious not to cause delays in the awarding of their primary degree due to an unprocessed withdrawal. Students who have completed a double major and wish to switch to a minor are allowed to make the change.

A. Withdrawal Application Period:
From 09:00, April 8, 2025 (Tuesday) to 17:00, July 9, 2025 (Wednesday)

B. Withdrawal Application Target:
Current students and students expected to graduate

Student Application → Departmental Assistant/Chair Approval → Double/Major and Minor Assistant/Chair Approval → Academic Affairs Team Confirmation

Student Application Menu:
Integrated Information System → Academic Administration → Academic Status → Double/Major and Minor/Interdisciplinary Major Management → Withdrawal Application for Double/Major and Minor

Online (Integrated Information System)

D. Notes:
◉ When withdrawing from a double/major or minor, be sure to guide students to change their course classification. (※The assistant can confirm and change the course classification.)
◉ When changing from a double major to a minor, select the minor option (☑) on the withdrawal application menu.
◉ Students who are completing their degree requirements or those on graduation deferment are not allowed to apply for or withdraw from a double/major or minor.
