The Department of Mechanical Engineering aims to nurture talents studying in the fields from traditional mechanical engineering to high-tech robotic engineering and new renewable energy engineering. As to do so, all of our faculty including 18 professors are doing their best to provide excellent teaching and research in ‘machine system design and production engineering’ and ‘high‐tech material and new energy.’ Students are taught practical knowledge from experiences in industries through various industrial-educational link programs.
