Can only be recommended as an academic excellence scholarship student if both items 1 and 2 are met. |

- Certified English test scores
- Acquisition of major-related qualifications: 3 additional points each

A semi-excellent (30%) scholarship is awarded to the department representative of each grade upon the recommendation of the department chair (provided that the GPA is 3.0 or higher in the previous semester)
