Submission Request for 2023-2

International full scholarship students

1. Related article: ⌜2023 Standard for on-campus scholarship⌟

2. Graduate school hearby requests departments and international full scholarship students to submit their 2023-2 activity plan by 2023.09.07.(Thu.). Moreover, we request international full scholarship students to be aware of their obligations(mandatory research results).

A. Subject : 2023-2 full scholarship students

B. Submission documents

▷ Enrolled(current) Student : Activity plan(attached), Service Agreement(attached)

   - Students who took a leave of absence last semester due to the visa issue, should submit 

      Pledge(attached) either. 

▷ New Student : Activity plan(attached), Pledge(attached), Service Agreement(attached)

C. Submission method

① Graduate students staying in campus and lab : Fill out the attached formats

(Activity plan, Service agreement, Pledge) and get the signature from Advisor(Prof.) & Department Chair, then submit them to your major department.

② Graduate students not staying in campus and lab : Fill out the attached formats(Activity plan, Service agreement, Plege) and submit them(scanned file) to your major department(E-mail). In this case, attached formats will be including only student’s signature, and you have to explain your situations such as visa issue(due to covid-19) to your advisor(Prof.) and major department.

3. Reminder

A. International full scholarship students must submit required published research results to Graduate school prior to the submission of thesis examination. (detailed as attached) Unless, you can not submit the thesis. 

B. International full scholarship students must work Less than 20 hours of academic and research activities per week(It can be operated flexibly depending on conditions)
