Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Refunds are available for personal reasons under the "Cancellation and Refund Policy" for those who submit a refund request by email to global@inu.ac.kr by midnight on April 30th.
- Please email global@inu.ac.kr with "Refund Request" as the subject line, and we will send you a "Refund Request Form". You must complete the form and return it to the INU email.
- The refund process will take approximately 2 to 3 weeks from the date of your request. Students requesting a refund to an international bank account will be responsible for bank charges incurred during the transfer. Bank charges will be deducted from the total refund amount.
Refund Amount
- Before March 15: 100% refund
- From March 16 to April 30: 50% refund
- After April 30: No refund.
- Bank transfer fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
