Courses

Each course is 3 credits (45 hours) over 3 weeks.

• 3 credits, and lectures will be in English.
• This course includes major cultural topics related to understanding language, culture, and the experiences and interrelationships between language and culture.
• Objectives
  • Understand how the use of language makes meaningful connections to culture.
  • Recognize how students use language in their everyday lives.
  • Understand how language enables, structures, and influences human interaction.
  • Critically evaluate your culture and language and discuss examples of how culture and language influence each other.

• 3 credits and lectures will be in Korean.
• Improve your Korean communication skills and proficiency.
• Goals
  • Read and write Korean consonants and vowels.
  • Communicate in simple Korean sentences.
  • Expand your knowledge of Korean culture.
