Graduates of the Department of Japanese Language Education at INU College of Education will be certified with 2nd level Middle and High School Teacher's License. They can work as Japanese language teachers in middle and high schools.
Students can also pursue graduate school in Japan or overseas and advance into the academic field of Japanese language education or Japanese studies.
With the knowledge of Japanese language and literature, Japanese culture, and Japanese language fluency acquired through the curriculum of the Department of Japanese Language Education, students can also work as professionals in public companies, financial institutions, media, trading companies, foreign companies, and international organizations that require Japanese language skills.
