외국인등록증(ARC) 신청 안내

한국에 입국한 외국인은 입국일로부터 90일 이내에 반드시 외국인등록을 해야 합니다.

우리 학교에서는 단체접수를 진행하오니, 아래 내용을 확인하여 기간 내 서류를 제출하시기 바랍니다.

- 기간 내 미신청 시, 반드시 개별적으로 출입국사무소를 방문하여 신청해야 합니다.

- 입국 후 90일 이내에 등록하지 않을 경우, 유학(D-2) 비자가 취소될 수 있으며 벌금이 부과됩니다.

- 분실 및 비자변경에 따른 재발급은 개별적으로 출입국사무소를 방문하여 신청해야 합니다.

1. 단체접수 안내

- 단체접수기간: 2026.03.03.(화) ~ 2026.03.05.(목) 17:00까지

- 제출 장소: 국제지원과(ISC) 사무실 (1호관 107호)

- 기간 내 미신청 시, 반드시 개별적으로 출입국사무소를 방문하여 신청해야 합니다.

2. 제출서류

- 통합신청서

이름은 대문자로 작성

검정색 펜 사용

국제지원과 사무실 비치

- 여권 사본 1부

- 사진 1매

여권용 사진, 6개월 이내 촬영

이전에 사용한 사진은 사용 불가

현재 여권에 사용된 사진과 동일한 사진은 사용 불가

- 재학증명서 1부

3월 3일 09:00부터 무인발급기에서 발급 가능

- 수수료 35,000원

- 체류지 입증서류 사본 1부

예: 주택 계약서, 기숙사 입사증명서 등

- 사증발급확인서 1부

3. 진행 일정

- 서류 접수

- 단체 지문등록 (4월 중순 예정, 추후 공지)

- 실물카드 수령 (5월 초 예정)

※ 단체접수 기간 이후에는 개별적으로 출입국사무소를 방문하여 신청해야 합니다.

Alien Registration Card (ARC) Application Notice

All foreign nationals must apply for Alien Registration within 90 days of entry into Korea.

The university will conduct a group application. Please submit all required documents within the designated period.

- If you fail to apply during this period, you must visit the Immigration Office individually.

- Failure to register within 90 days may result in cancellation of your D-2 visa and a fine.

- Reissuance due to loss or visa change must be processed individually at the Immigration Office.

1. Group Application Period & Location

- March 3 – March 5, 2026 (until 5:00 PM)

- International Service Center (ISC), Room 107, Building 1

- If you fail to apply during this period, you must visit the Immigration Office individually.

2. Required Documents

- Application fornm

Name in capital letters

Use a black pen

Available at the ISC office

- Copy of Passport

- One passport-sized photo

Taken within the last 6 months

Previously used photos are not accepted

The photo must not be the same as the one used in your current passport

- Certificate of Enrollment

Available from the certificate machine starting at 9:00 AM on March 3

- Application Fee: KRW 35,000

- Copy of Proof of Residence

Housing contract or dormitory confirmation

- Visa Issuance Confirmation

3. Schedule

- Document submission

- Group fingerprint registration (Mid-April, to be announced)

- ARC card distribution (Expected in early May)
