Due to procedures related to the move-in process and submission of the Move-in Agreement,

Any disadvantages resulting from failure to review the attached files will be the sole responsibility of the applicant.
Please ensure that you review all materials thoroughly before applying.

3. Required Documents for Move-in

• Residents Changing Rooms for Winter Vacation:

  • Identification (ID)

• New Residents:

  • Identification (ID)

  • Tuberculosis (TB) Test Result
    (Only test results conducted on or after October 21, 2025, will be accepted)

4. Move-in Agreement (Online Submission)

• Tuesday, December 16, 2025, 4:00 PM – Friday, December 19, 2025, 11:59 PM

5. Online Orientation for New Residents

• Monday, December 15, 2025, 12:00 AM – Thursday, December 18, 2025, 11:59 PM
