About this Opportunity:

We are now looking for a SW Developer of 4G/5G products. Your role will include all development activities such as: requirement analysis, system design, architecture design, software design, integration, verification, simulations, tools design, Product Lifecycle Management support and product documentation.

What will you do:

  • 5G Mobile Network System Software Development
  • 5G Radio Control System Software requirement analysis, system design, integration, verification
  • Develop and test high quality products
  • Drive continuous improvements of products and processes
  • Develop competence in technical domain

You will bring:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in related field (Computer engineering, IT, Information and communication engineering, Electronic engineering, etc.), M.S Tech Degree is a plus
  • Newly graduate or less than 10 years’ experience level
  • Knowledge in programming languages: C, C++
  • Native level Korean Skill, Good written and verbal communication in English


  • 학력: 학사 이상 (컴퓨터공학, IT, 정보통신공학, 전자공학 등 관련 전공자 선호, 2023년 2월 졸업예정자 지원 가능), 석사 학위 우대
  • 신입 혹은 유관 경력자 10년 미만
  • C, C++ 프로그래밍 언어 활용 가능하신 분
  • 개발 관련 실무 영어 활용 가능하신 분(TOEIC 800점, OPIc or TOEIC Speaking IH 이상 등급 보유자 우대)



You may also bring(but not mandatory):

  • Additional programming language: Java, Python
  • Unix/Linux OS based Software development experience

Document Return Policy

  • This notification is given pursuant to Article 11 (6) of the Fair Hiring Procedure Act.
  • A job applicant who has applied but not been selected for a position at Ericsson-LG (the "Company") may request that his or her hiring documents be returned to him or her in accordance with the Fair Hiring Procedure Act.  This does not apply if the hiring documents were submitted via the Company's website or e-mail, or if the job applicant voluntarily submitted them without the Company's request. In addition, if the hiring documents were destroyed due to a natural disaster or any other reasons not attributable to the Company, such documents will be deemed to have been returned to the job applicant.
  • A job applicant who wishes to have his or her hiring documents returned in accordance with the paragraph 2 above must complete a "Request for Return of Hiring Documents" [Annex Form No. 3 in the Enforcement Rule of the Fair Hiring Procedure Act] and email it to the Company (recruit.elg@ericsson.com). In such case, within fourteen (14) days from the date of identifying the receipt of the request, the Company will send the hiring documents to the job applicant’s designated address via registered mail.  Please be advised that the job applicant is responsible for the cost of postage for registered mail.
  • A Job applicant who submitted via the website or e-mail requests to eliminate his/her documents, such documents will be deleted promptly.
  • The Company shall hold the original hiring documents requested by the job applicant for 180 days from the end of the recruitment process in preparation for a job applicant's request for the return of hiring documents according to the main sentence of paragraph 2 above. If no request is made until the end of this period, all of his/her hiring documents will be destroyed immediately in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act.
