또한, 김석영 교수는 2019년에 또다른 SSCI 학술지(Impact Factor 2.015)인 <Creativity and Innovation Management>에도"The interaction effects of proactive personality and empowering leadership and close monitoring behaviour on creativity"를 게재함으로써국제적 수준의 연구성과를 지속적으로 발표하고 있습니다. -
