Dear freshmen, this is Incheon National University, International Service Center.

국제교육지원팀에서는 유학생이 출입국외국인청을 직접 방문하지 않고 유학생 담당자가 외국인 등록을 대신 해드리고 있습니다.

International Students don't need to visit Immigration office by themselves to register for the Residence Card. 

Instead, we will visit immigration office to apply for your Residence Card.

외국인등록을 원하는 학생들은 9.13(화) 12:00까지 아래의 서류를 준비하셔서 국제교육지원팀 사무실(1호관 107호)을 방문해주시기 바랍니다.

Students who want to register for the Residence Card prepare the following documents by 12:00 p.m, Sep. 13th (Tue) and visit International Service Center(RM 107, Bldg 1), please.

1. 통합신청서 1부 (국제교육지원팀 사무실 내 비치) 1 copy of visa application form (equipped in ISC office)

2. 여권 passport

3. 여권 크기 사진 1매 (여권에 있는 사진과 달라야 합니다.)

   1 Passport size photo (It needs to be different from the photo in your passport)

4. 재학증명서 (국제교육지원팀 앞 본관 1층 기계에서 출력가능)  A certificate of enrollment (You can print it from the machine near ISC)

5. 수수료 30,000원 Application fee (30,000 won, only cash)

6. 체류지 입증서류(한국내 집 계약서, 기숙사 입사증명서 등) 사본 1부 Proof of residency is needed

   ※ 기숙사에 거주하는 학생들은 기숙사 행정실에서 발급 가능 Students who live in the dormitory can get the certificate in the dormitory office

7. 사증발급확인서 Visa grant notice

비자 발급 문제로 이번에 입국하지 못하는 학생들은 다음 학기에 입국하면 도움을 받을 수 있으니, 걱정하지 마세요.

Students who cannot enter Korea due to the visa issue can get the help next semester, so please don't worry.

추후에 지문등록 일정을 공지할 것입니다. 이미 지문 등록을 한 학생들은 다시 할 필요가 없으므로 지문등록을 한 학생들은 지문등록을 이미 했음을 메일로 알려 주시기 바랍니다. 

We will announce the fingerprint registration schedule later. Students who have already registered their fingerprints don't have to do that again, so please reply to me about your fingerprint registration history by e-mail.
